How to change SEO meta data

Assuming you have already logged in and browsed to Content > Pages, you should now see something like shown below.

To change SEO meta data for a page, first select it from the list on the right side, and then click the Properties button. This will reveal all the extended properties available to a page on the left side.

The fields Keywords, Description, and Allow indexing, is what you are looking for to optimize SEO meta data for your pages.
